DHA Valley Islamabad

DHA Valley Islamabad is a housing project by the Defense Housing Authority (DHA), Islamabad-Rawalpindi. DHA Valley is located next to DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi Phase 5 and Phase 6 on the Islamabad Highway. The project was launched in 2008 and is expected to be completed by 2024. DHA Valley planned to deliver a unique, distinctive, and luxurious lifestyle to the general public. Moreover, it is planned to build secured gated communities along with parks, shopping centers, and malls. A welcoming and warm response has been received from the public.

DEVELOPER

The Defense Housing Authority, Islamabad, is a neighborhood located within the Islamabad and Rawalpindi Metropolitan Areas. The neighborhood is particularly divided into five parts and straddles the Islamabad Capital Territory to the Punjab provincial border. In particular, it’s known for delivering outclass residential spaces.

Moreover, the master plan for DHA Valley will be developed by the California-based company “OJMR Architect” whereas the construction of DHA Homes will be executed by the Turkish company “AREA.”

Location

DHA Valley is located adjacent to DHA Phase-II Extension, which is now known as DHA Phase VI.

It is located in a prime location as it is located right next to the Islamabad Expressway, which gives a faster route to the twin cities.

The DHA Expressway lets residents access the Islamabad Expressway and other phases of society.

 DHA Valley Residential Plots 

The 5 and 8 Marla Residential Plots scheme is to primarily meet the aspirations of low-income segments living in Pakistan & abroad. The scheme met a huge response and became one of the most coveted projects of DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi. The development work has commenced, and residents of DHA Valley will have access to the world of international services, which are exclusive to DHA residents only.DHA Valley offers 5 marlas (125 square yards) and 8 marlas (200 square yards) residential plots for 650,000 Pakistani rupees and PKR 880,000, respectively, with a quarterly installment plan for Pakistani residents.

The project has been conceived keeping in mind the aspirations and lifestyles of overseas Pakistanis. Development Status

Currently, the development work is being carried out in some blocks of DHA Valley. Those are the Bluebell, Magnolia, Daffodils, Lily, Rose, Oleander, and Bogainvilla blocks.

A summary of development work in the DHA Valley is given below:

  • Roads are being developed in the Bogainvilla block. The main boulevard is under rapid development.
  • The bluebell block is 80% developed. Bluebell Bridge is also being developed at a faster pace. This bridge will connect to DHA 6.
  • Earthwork is well underway in the second ballot area of Rose Block. Roads have been developed, and earthwork is complete in the first ballot area of Rose Block.
  • Considerable work has been accomplished in the lily, oleander, and daffodil blocks. DHA Homes are already built in these blocks.
  • Magnolia Block is completely developed. Roads and streets have been paved in the Magnolia block. The earthwork is also complete, and plotting has been done. This block is comparably more beautiful and green.

DHA Homes

With the concept of offering differentiated living solutions, 5 & 8 Marla affordable housing units with high-quality fixtures and finishes were launched on 18th Sep 2008. The launch met with overwhelming response by all segments of society. Re-ballot for possession of DHA Homes was conducted on 7 June 2017 at Jungle Restaurant. Senior DHA officials along with members of DHA Homes were present at the occasion. DHA Homes is a completely secure gated community with all amenities to complement the affordable DHA lifestyle.

The first batch of DHA Homes is Completed and others are undergoing different stages of fast pace development. Possession of completed DHA Homes is in pipeline after which this community shall witness great value escalations and demand.
